We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping (Orders $50+)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

International Shipping

For our global customers outside the US:

  • All international shipments include tracking
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes
  • Delivery times may be longer than estimated during peak seasons

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium kiteboarding equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns process to get you back on the water with gear that meets your expectations.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Harness Accessories (worn items)
  • Kite Leashes (safety equipment)
  • Custom or personalized items from our Build A Bar Workshop
  • Any item that shows signs of use or damage not present at shipping

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any special instructions for your specific items

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
  • Affix the return label we provide (for US returns) or follow our international return shipping instructions

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after processing
